It's not often I find myself on the other side of the camera.
One ha to let go of any ideas of vanity.
Not easy.
But the most important aspect is to not lose sight of the significance of this exhibition and panel talk.
As a female in the photographic industry for over 25 years it has been a hard road to traverse.
Honestly, I felt like I was going mad. Playing the same tune of...'But it's because I am a woman'
I can now confidently say, it's true, the bias towards females in our industry, but more importantly most industries, has been rife in 'looking after the boys first'.
